Fun and Wise Health Challenge – Move Those Feet

Fun (and wise) Health Challenge #2 – 500. Purpose in your mind that you will walk an extra 500 steps today. Just a little bit of extra movement helps your body! And for anyone that is homebound, chair bound or wheel chair bound – you can do the raise your foot up on your tippy toes, then let it down and do the other! Work those calve muscles! And remember, you don’t actually need a pedometer to tell you those 500 steps. Try just concentrating on counting those 500 and give your brain time to rest from the day’s stresses =)

Remember, You Got To Move It (whether you like it or not, lol)
