Permission to be still
Life gets busy and sometimes the “clutter” of everything going on around you can keep you from hearing what you really need to hear.
It’s important to have quiet moments so you can take time to rejuvenate and listen.
God is waiting to speak to you today. And in case you feel like you “need” permission, I give you permission to slow down.
Be still…..

Kim this is a great post. I tend to pack as much in 5 minutes as possible and sometimes it is hard to slow down when so many people count on you.
Thanks fro the reminder and permission.

Thank you for the permission to be still. I have been meditating for the past 6 months or so, and feel a big difference in my day when I don’t do it.

Very inspiring even though it will be awhile before i have an empty nest.

Enjoy that full nest while you can. And even when it’s full, I still give you “permission” to be still and rejuvinate! =)

Thank you for visiting Holly. I hope we both can allow ourselves to be still more often. It’s good for the body and the soul!

Thank you Richelle for visiting. Slowing down I believe is one of the hardest things we women struggle with. I hope you can “be still” a little more often to allow your mind and body to rest and rejuvenate.
