What’s really in your food


It’s quite scary!

The title caught my eye on Yahoo a couple of days ago and now that I finally read it in it’s entirety –

There is one thing for sure –

You are fooling yourself if you think that anything that you are eating that has been processed, packaged, canned etc is natural and “pure”.

In fact, there is SAND in your food (and you wonder why you can’t lose weight).

I don’t care what the government and FDA says – we have to supplement our health and take control of our body!
