EZ Anthology Checklist

Managing and editing an anthology boils down to one huge task, project management. The two anthologies I organized were both a blessing and a challenge. I learned many things to do better with each one. This came after having contributed to two anthologies myself. Also note, I did program management in the corporate world.
Authors have come to me wanting advice about organizing anthologies. Besides the heart to heart I have about some of the tips and tools from my experiences, I put together a checklist.
