Here is a very simple journal activity and I would like to challenge everyone to finish out the month doing this (if you haven’t been already).

Write down 5 things daily that you are thankful for.

That’s it!

So simple!

After doing this for one full month you will have 150 things you are thankful for.

Talk about something to uplift the empty nest spirit!
